Public Access to Information

Pursuant to Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information and on Amendments to Certain Acts (the Freedom of Information Act), as amended by Act No. 546/2010 Coll., which entered into force on 1 January 2011, ministries, central government authorities, public institutions and their subordinate organisations are required to publish contracts and amendments to contracts concerning the use of public funds in the Central Register of Contracts maintained by the Government Office of the Slovak Republic.
